| 摘 要： | 目的：研究药物性肝损伤病例的诊治情况,分析常见诱发药物及临床特点。方法：选择我院2006~2010年住院的药物性肝损伤患者54例,根据患者的病史、药物史、临床表现、肝功能及其他实验室检查结果,把导致肝损害的药物进行分类。54例患者中,其中男性31例,女性23例,年龄18~72岁,平均（50.1±16.9）岁。结果：药物性肝损伤病例中,急性肝细胞型占40.7%、淤胆型31.5%、混合型27.8%,绝大部分病人在停用相关的药物后能迅速恢复,对于一些特殊病例,特别是合并有其他肝脏疾病的患者,多有重症表现,死亡率高,导致肝损伤的药物中,抗结核药物占29.6%,中草药物占25.9%。结论：近几年药物性肝损伤病例逐渐增多,抗结核药物和中草药物是引起药物性肝损伤的重要原因。
