| 摘 要： | 目的：综合评价小针刀内括约肌切断术治疗慢性肛裂的疗效。方法：260例患者随机分为两组各130例,治疗组采用小针刀内括约肌切断术,对照组采用开放式肛门内括约肌后位部分切开术。平均随访6个月,前瞻性观察两组疗效、疼痛程度、平均愈合时间、平均住院时间、排气控制困难例数、弄污衣裤例数、患者满意度及复发情况。结果：两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义,但治疗组切口愈合时间明显短于对照组,且术后并发症发生率也少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：小针刀内括约肌切断术治疗慢性肛裂疗效肯定,并发症少,值得推广应用。 |
