高频超声在腕管综合征中的应用研究

目的：探讨高频超声检查对腕管综合征诊断的准确性。方法：对28例腕管综合征患者的38只手腕和40例无腕管综合征志愿者的80只手腕行动态超声检查,在腕管桡尺关节、豌豆骨及钩骨水平测量正中神经的截面积及其扁平率（长径与短径之比）。结果：腕管综合征患者的正中神经在豌豆骨的截面积明显大于正常对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：超声测量正中神经的截面积是诊断腕管综合征的可靠方法。

The Value of high-frequency Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Carpaltunnel Syndrome

Objective：To evaluate the accuracy of high-frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome（CTS）.Methods：28 wrists in 38 CTS patients and 80 wrists in 40 symptomatic volunteers were imaged using a real time ultrasound scanner with a 12～14 MHz linear array transducer.The cross-sectional area and flattening ratio at the level of the distal radius were detected.The pisiform bone and the hook of hamate bone of the proximal carpal tunnel were measured.Results：All measurements showed significant differences between patients and controls.Increased cross-sectional area of the median nerve was the most predictive value of carpal tunnel syndrome.Conclusion：Sonographic measurement of the median nerve cross-sectional area is useful and dependent for the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome.
