舒适护理在经阴道分娩产妇护理中的应用观察

目的：探讨舒适护理在顺产后的应用效果。方法：将160例经阴道分娩产妇随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组按产科护理常规进行护理，观察组常规护理同时给予产妇舒适护理。结果：48小时内，观察组产后出血、尿潴留等产后并发症发生卒明显低对照组（P〈0．05），成功母乳喂养率及产妇对护理工作满意度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论；舒适护理能增加产妇舒适度，有效改善产后不适症状，有利母婴健康。

The application of comfort care in nursing care of puerperant by vaginal delivery

Objective：To explore the effect of the comfort care in nursing care of puerperant by vaginal delivery. Methods：The 160 cases of puerperant by vaginal delivery were randomly divided into treatment group（n=80）and control group（n=80）, The control group were given the routine nursing care, and the lreatment group adopted by comfort care in nursing care, then compared the resuks of two groups.Results：The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage and urine retention are lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.In 48 houres,the maternal breast-ted cases of terament group is beter than that of the control guroup, and the satisfaction of treament puerperant is higher than that of the control gruop （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The comfort care in nursing care benefit to puerpera and the neonate.
