2009年内蒙古大兴安岭地区革兰阴性杆菌的耐药状况

摘    要:目的:监测2009年内蒙古大兴安岭地区革兰阴性杆菌的耐药性。方法:收集2009年分离的临床细菌肠杆菌科细菌用API20E鉴定,非发酵细菌用API20NE进行鉴定。药敏试验采用K-B法。结果:用WHONET 5.4软件进行统计分析。11种抗菌药物对618株肠杆菌科细菌的抗菌活性敏感率由大至小依次为:美罗培南、亚胺培南、哌拉西林/三唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢他啶、丁胺卡那、头孢吡肟、左氧氟沙星、氨曲南、头孢噻肟、头孢曲松。肺炎克雷伯菌中超广谱β-内酰胺酶的发生率为61.3%,高于大肠埃希菌的发生率(52.2%)。对于铜绿假单胞菌抗菌活性依次是美罗培南(79.0%)、亚胺培南(78.0%)、丁胺卡那(71.9%)和左氧氟沙星(62.4%)。结论:碳青酶烯类对肠杆菌科仍保持高活性,但铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性明显增加。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate antimicrobial resistance among nosocomial gram-negative bacilli from Inner Mongolia Forestry General hospital in 2009.Methods: About 618 consecutive and non-repetitive gram-negative bacilli were isolated from Inner Mongolia forestry general hospital in 2009.antibacterial agents were determined by K-B method.Results: The activity of antibacterial against enterobacteriaceae was as follows in descending order of susceptiblerate:meropenem,imipenem,piperacillin/tazobactam,cefoperazone/sulbactam,ceftazi dime,amikacin,cefepime,levofloxacin,aztreonam,cefotaxime,ceftriaxone.The prevalence of extended-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBL) was 61.3% in K.pneumoniae,E.coli(52.2%).The most active agents against pseudomonas aeruginosa were meropenem(79.0%),imipenem(78.0%),amikacin(71.9%),levofloxacin(62.4%).Conclusion:Carbapenems remained very high activity against enterobacteriaceae.Increasing resistance to 10 antimicrobials agents tested from pseudomonas aeruginosa brought great concern.
