呼和浩特市高砷水源筛查和砷中毒病情调查报告

摘    要:目的:了解和掌握呼和浩特市地方性砷中毒病区的流行范围和危害程度,为该地区地方性砷中毒的防治提供科学依据。方法:按《中国地方性砷中毒分布调查实施方案》的要求进行,水砷测定采用二乙氨基二硫代甲酸银分光光度法,病情调查按照《地方性砷中毒临床暂行规定》WS/T211-2001地方性砷中毒诊断标准进行。结果:共调查3个旗县909个自然村,水砷含量超标率为14.19%,改水工程水砷含量超标率为13.86%。病情调查显示,51个高砷村砷中毒检出率为14.17%,病情主要以可疑和轻度为主,患病人群主要集中于40岁以上年龄组,男性检出率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:呼和浩特市地方性砷中毒病区以轻、中病区为主,今后应继续进行高砷水源筛查和砷中毒病情调查。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the epidemical scope of the endemic arsenism and provide a scientific evidence for control and prevention.Methods: The surveillance was carried out according to the demand of "National investigate scheme of endemic arsenicosis".The arsenic content of drinking water was determined by DDC-Ag.Patients of endemic arsenism were diagnosed by "Endemic arsenism area dividing standard and clinical diagnosis interim rule" and "Standard of diagnosis for endemic arsenism".Results: There were 14.19% arsenic content beyond national standard among 909 villages.There were 13.86% arsenic content in drinking water improving project beyond national standard.The disease census indicated that the prevalence rate is 14.17% from 51 endemic arsenism villages.Most of endemic arsenism degrees were suspicious and light patients.The disease was mostly occurred in those aged over 40 years.There was significant difference of gender between males and females(P0.01).Conclusion: Most of the endemic arsenism areas are mild and moderate arsenic districts. It is necessary to screen high arsenic water and investigate endemic arsenism in the future.
