| 摘 要： | 银屑病（psnriasis）是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病，复发率较高，典型皮损为鳞屑性红斑。其发病病因及机制无定论。越来越多的证据表明其发生、发展与患者T淋巴细胞介导免疫机制密切相关。本文就以上方面最新进展进行阐述，为银屑病的基础研究及治疗提供新的思路

| Abstract: | Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammation related dermatoses, high recurrence rate, the typical skin damage is squamous erythema. The etiological facter and mechanism has no final conclusion. More and more evidence indicate the intimate relationship between invasion and development of disease and the immunologic mechanism mediated by T lymphocyte. We focused on these factors to expound the latest progression,to offer new thread to the studys and treatment of Vitiligo. |
