护患纠纷原因及预防对策

目的：探讨护患纠纷的原因及预防对策。方法：采用回顾性统计方法对我院63例护患纠纷的原因进行分析。结果：原因主要包括服务态度、服务质量、业务素质、法律意识、沟通障碍、医疗收费。结论：转变服务观念，增强服务意识；规范护士行为，提高服务质量；加强法制教育，提高法律意识；加强业务学习，提高护士素质；加强护患沟通，建立良好的沟通效果是减少护患纠纷的关键。

On the Causes& Preventive Countermeasures of Nurse-patient Disputes

objective：To discuss the causes ＆ preventive countermeasures of nurse-patient disputse. Method：Analysing the causes of nursepatient disputes of sixty-three cases which occurred in my hospital by using the retrospective statistical method.Results：The causes mainly include service attitudes.service quality, professional qualities,legal awareness.communication barriers and medical charges, conclusion：To reduce and prevent nurse-patient disputes ,we should change the concept of service,enhance service conscious ness; normalice behaviours of nurses, improve service quality; strengthen legal education,arouse legal awareness;enhance vocatrual study,improve the quality of nurses,strengthen the nurse - patient communication and establish a good communication effect as well,which is the key to reduce nurse-patient disputes .
