电针治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效观察

目的：观察治疗原发性三叉神经痛的有效疗法。方法：将24例患者随机分为电针组（12例）和药物组（12例）。电针组以针刺下关穴为主，配以翳风、风池、外关等穴位，并接电针。药物组口服卡马西平。治疗3个疗程后进行临床疗效评定。结果：电针组总有效率和治愈率分别为91．7％和25％，优于药物组66．7％和8．3％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：电针治疗原发性三叉神经痛有较好疗效，复发率低且毒副作用小。

Therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture on primary trigeminal neuralgia observation

Objective：Observation of the effective treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia therapy.Methods： 24 patients were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group （12 cases） and drug group （12 cases）. Electro-acupuncture group Shimonoseki acupuncture points to the main screen with xiaguan（ST7）,waiguml（SJ5）,yifeng（SJ17）,fengehi（GB20）and then electro-acupuncture. Carbamazepine oral drug group, 0.6 grams per day.After treatment of the three clinical efficacy of treatment assessed.Results： Electro-acupuncture group, the total efficiency and the cure rates were 91.7% and 25%, better than the drug group 66.7%and 8.3%, The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia have good efficacy, low relapse rate and no side effects.
