噻托溴胺粉吸入剂对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察

目的：观察噻托溴胺粉吸入剂在治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床疗效。方法：选择50例确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的患者,随机分为两组,治疗组（n=25）吸入噻托溴胺粉剂18 ug/次,1次/d;对照组（n=25）按需使用异丙托溴胺气雾剂,观察两组用药前、后3、6个月肺功能的变化,通过6 min步行试验（6MWT）观察运动耐力的变化,评价药物疗效。结果：用药3个月后治疗组FEVl、FVC、FEVl/FVC、FEVl占预计值百分比比对照组明显改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组运动耐力增加,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组用药后3、6个月肺功能比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：吸入噻托溴胺可以改善稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能与运动耐力,安全可靠,依从性好。

The Clinical Effect of Inhaling Tiotropium in Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of therapy with inhaling of tiotropium in stable chroni cobstructive pulmonary disease.Methods： Fifty patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into tow groups,treatment group and control group.25 patients in treatment group received tiotropium inhalation 18 ug once perday;The other 25 patients in control group inhale ipratropium necessaryly.Tests for lung function in patients of these two groups were examined and compared with each other before and 3、6 month after the therapeutic course.According to 6 mintue walk test（6MWT）,chanles of sport patience were compared of two groups after three months.Results： The values of FEVl、FVC、FEVl/FVC%、 and FEVl /predictive% in the treatment group were significantly increased in different extent than the control group（P0.05）after treatment.In treatment group,the 6 MWT was improved significantly（P0.05）;lung function were not different after treatment 3 month and 6 month（P0.05）.Conclusion：Tiotropium inhalation can effectively improve lung function,exercise endurance in patients with stable COPD.
