运动康复训练对老年慢性心力衰竭患者预后的影响

目的探讨运动康复训练对老年慢性心力衰竭患者预后的影响。方法65例老年慢性心衰患者随机分为干预组33例和对照组32例。对照组给予常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗基础上采用运动康复训练,疗程均为8周。结果治疗8周后,干预组较对照组左室射血分数增加、NYHA心功能改善、6 min步行距离延长（P均〈0.05）;随访12个月后干预组较对照组生活质量明显提高（P〈0.05）,因心衰再入院率降低（P〈0.05）;干预组患者康复训练中未发生心衰加重、恶性心律失常等不良事件。结论对老年慢性心力衰竭患者实施运动康复训练安全有效。

Influence of exercise rehabilitation on prognosis of patients with elderly chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the influence of exercise rehabilitation on prognosis of patients with elderly chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods 65 elderly CHF patients were randomly divided into intervention group（33 cases） treated with exercise rehabilitation training and control group（32 cases） treated with routine training.The program of exercise rehabilitation was come into effect in 8 weeks and 12 months follow-up by special nurses.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,compairing with the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and Killp in the intervention group were improved,and 6-minute walking distance was prolonged（all P0.05）.The life quality score in intervention group was higher than that in control group for 12 months follow-up,and re-admission rates for heart failure was reduced in intervention group compaired with the control（P0.05）.There were no adverse events such as worseing heart failure and malignant arrhythmia in intervention group.Conclusions Exercise rehabilitation training is safe and effective in elderly CHF patients.
