湿润烧伤膏与聚维酮碘膏治疗四肢Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:比较湿润烧伤膏与聚维酮碘膏治疗四肢部Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效。方法:2005年3月至2006年8月的60例四肢部烫伤的患者随机分为两组,分别外用湿润烧伤膏和聚维酮碘膏治疗,观察临床疗效进行对比分析。结果:湿润烧伤膏组与聚维酮碘膏组在疼痛例数、创面愈合时间上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),在愈合效果各组间具有差异(P<0.05),在创面感染数上无统计学意义。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗四肢Ⅱ度烧伤的总体疗效优于聚维酮碘膏。

Abstract:Objective To compare the curative effect of Povidone Iodine Ointment with that of MEBO in treating the 2nd degree burns of the four limbs. Methods From March 2005 to August 2006,60 cases with four limbs department scald the patients were divided into two groups stochastically,The distinction external use moist burn cream and gathers the Uygur alkone idodine paste treatment, the observation clinical curative effect carries on the contrast analysis. Results The moist burn cream group with gathers the Uygur alkone idodine paste group in the ache example number, the injured area cicatrization time has the significance difference( P 〈0.01 ) ,Has the difference in cicatrization effect during each group( P 〈 0.05 ) , in injured area infection number no discrepancy opposite sex. Conclusion In terms of the overall curative effect in treating the 2nd degree burns of the four limbs, MEBO surpasses Povidone Iodine Ointment.
