枳椇子提取物对低压缺氧环境下小鼠负重游泳后生化指标的影响

摘    要:目的考察枳椇子提取物对低压缺氧环境下小鼠游泳疲劳后生化指标的影响,探索其提高模拟高原环境下小鼠运动能力的药效学机制。方法雄性ICR小鼠随机分为9组,分别为空白对照组、模型组、诺迪康胶囊阳性药对照组及枳椇子提取物1高、中、低(200、100、50 mg.kg-1.d-1)和枳椇子提取物2高、中、低(32、16、8 mg.kg-1.d-1)各3个剂量组,连续给药7 d后进行低压缺氧条件下游泳实验,之后将小鼠摘眼球取血,处死后取肝脏,用试剂盒测血清总抗氧化能力、尿素氮浓度,肝脏丙二醛浓度、过氧化氢酶活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性。结果枳椇子提取物能够降低低压缺氧环境下游泳后小鼠血清尿素氮和肝脏丙二醛浓度,降低血清总抗氧化能力,升高肝脏过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性。结论低压缺氧环境下枳椇子提取物增强小鼠运动能力的机制可能与其增强小鼠对抗脂质过氧化、加速代谢产物代谢和提高机体清除氧自由基的能力有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the ameliorated effects of Hovenia dulcis ThuMb on biochemical indexes of mice after the swimming test under low pressure and hypoxia. Methods Male ICR mice were randomly divided in- to 9 groups:control group, model group, Nuodikang capsule positive group, three groups of Hovenia dulcis ThuMb extracts 1 and 2 respectively in high, middle and low dosage. The mice were treated consecutively for 7 days and then the swimming test and biochemical indexes test were performed. Results Hovenia dulcis ThuMb extracts could reduce UN concentration and serum T-AOC of mice after swimming, Hoveniae extracts 1 and 2 showed the ability to bring down the concentration of MDA while increasing the activity of CAT and GSH-PX in hepatic tissue of mice after swimming as well. Conclusion Hovenia dulcis ThuMb Extracts can inhibit lipid peroxidation, accelerate the metabolism of metabolites, and enhance the ability to scavenge oxygen free radicals.
