摘    要:目的建立RP-HPLC法同时测定含碘复方苯甲酸醇溶液中苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量。方法采用AlltimaTMC18色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.15%乙酸铵溶液(10∶90),检测波长:229 nm,流速:1.0 ml.min-1,柱温:25℃。结果苯甲酸、水杨酸分别在0.082~0.660μg、0.037~0.300μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=1.000;回收率分别为99.8%,99.3%,RSD为0.1%、0.4%。结论本法快速、简便、准确,可用于含碘复方苯甲酸醇溶液的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid with iodine alcoholic solution. Methods The HPLC procedure was per- formed on the chromatographic column of AlltimaTM C18 at 25℃. The mobile phase was methanol: 0.15% ammoni- um acetate solution( 10: 90). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml .min-1 and detection wavelength was 229 nm. Results Ben- zoic acid showed a good linearity within the range of 0.082 - 0.660 μg ( r = 1. 000), while the mean recovery was 99.8%, RSD =0.1% ( n =9). Salicylic acid shows a good linearity between 0.037 and 0. 300 μg( r = 1. 000), while the mean recovery was 99.3% , RSD = 0.4% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion The method is quick, simple, accurate and can be applied to quality control of compound benzoic acid with iodine alcoholic solution.
