经改良三通管插入纤支镜治疗严重肺水肿临床观察

目的评价经改良三通管插入纤支镜治疗严重肺水肿患者的临床疗效。方法经改良三通道插入纤支镜吸痰来观察患者吸痰前后的心率、血气、气道压力的变化，并设定对照组。结果使用纤支镜吸痰对于改善患者的心率、动脉血氧分压、气道压力明显优于使用吸痰管吸痰，两组患者通过改良三通管吸痰都很安全。结论经改良三通管使用纤支镜吸痰对于机械通气过程中的严重肺水肿患者足安全有效的。

Clinical observation on treating curing serious lungs edema with fiberbronchoscopic with a three-way tube improved

Objective To evaluate clinical effect of treating serious lungs edema with fiberbronchoscopic of a three-ways tube improvement. Methods Observations were made on the change of heart rate, blood-gas, windpipe way pressure of the patients in front and behind inhaling sputum with fiberbronchoscopie of the three-ways tube improvement. At the same time, another comparing group inhaled sputum with inhaling tube were included in the study. Results HR,PaO2 ,and peak showed better results in the tried group patient than in the comparing group. All patients were safe to inhale sputum into the three-ways tube. Conclusion It＇s safe and effective to cure the serious lungs edema patients with the methods.
