| 摘 要： | 目的研究斑蝥酸钠对人胃癌细胞BGC823中Bc1-2、p53基因表达的影响。方法采用流式细胞仪检测、分析斑蝥酸钠处理前后人胃癌细胞BGC823中Bc1-2、p53基因表达的变化。结果不同剂量斑蝥酸钠作用24h均可使Bc1-2、p53基因在人胃癌细胞BGC823中的表达下降。结论斑蝥酸钠可抑制Bc1-2、p53基因在人胃癌细胞BGC823中的表达。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of sodium cantharidinate on expression of genes Bc1-2 and p53 in the human gastric careinoma cells BGC823.Methods:The expression of Bc1-2 and p53 was detected with flow cytometry before and after these cells were treated with sodium cantharidinate.Results:The expression of Bc1-2 and p53 in tumor cells were decreased after treated with sodium cantharidinate for 24h.Conclusions:Sodium cantharidinate can inhibit the expression of Bc1-2 and p53 of gasteric carcinoma cells BGC823. |
