两种型号头皮针用于心内科老年患者静脉输液的效果比效

目的探讨两种型号的头皮针在心内科老年患者静脉输液的效果。方法选择心内科住院的老年患者180例为研究对象，采用自身对照法由同一操作者根据单双日选择5．5、7号头皮针对患者进行输液。对两种型号的头皮针在一次穿刺成功率、穿刺疼痛程度、穿刺部位周围瘀血情况、患者愿意接受程度进行比较。结果5．5号头皮针的一次穿刺成功率、穿刺疼痛程度、多次穿刺部位周围瘀血情况、患者愿意接受程度均显著好于7号针头（均P〈0．01）。结论5．5号头皮针针径小、针梗短、一次穿刺成功率高，患者疼痛反应小，可延长患者静脉血管的使用寿命。心内科老年患者使用5．5号头皮针进行输液值得提倡推广。
