电针配合穴位注射治疗神经性耳鸣41例疗效观察

目的:观察电针配合穴位注射治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将71例患者随机分为治疗组41例和对照组30例。治疗组采用电针配合穴位注射治疗,对照组用西药治疗。结果:治疗30d后,治疗组41例中痊愈25例,显效10例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率为95.11%;对照组30例中治愈10例,显效8例,有效5例,无效7例,总有效率为76.7%。2组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合穴位注射治疗神经性耳鸣优于单纯西药治疗。

Curative Effects on the Treatment of 41 Cases of Neurotinnitus with Electroacupunture Matching with Point-injection Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness on the treatment of neurotinnitus with electroacupunture matching with point-injection therapy.Method:To divide71patients into a curative group with41cases and a control group with30cases with random sampling.The patients in the curative group were treated with electroacupunture matching with point-injection therapy while the patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine.Result:30days later,in the curative group,25patients were cured,10patients had marked effectiveness,4patients were effective,2patients were ineffective and the total effective rate was95.11%;in the control group,30patients were cured,8patients were had marked effectiveness,5patients were effective,7patients were ineffective and the total effectiveness was76.7%.The comparison between the total effective rates of the two groups had a significance difference by P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of neurotinnitus with electroacupunture matching with point-injection therapy is superior to that of simple Western medicine
