一例听障青年听觉言语康复个案研究

目的 通过一例听障青年的康复实践,探索成年听障患者听觉言语康复的方法.方法 利用短期培训传授听觉言语康复的方法和技巧,以患者自主康复训练为主,定期进行康复指导和评估.结果 经过3年的听觉言语康复,该患者与健听人交流基本无障碍,并能使用电话.结论 听力损失为极重度聋但低频残余听力较好的成年人,通过验配合适的助听器,掌握基本的听觉言语训练方法,坚持科学系统的学习训练,也有希望得到康复;聋儿听觉言语训练的方法和技巧同样适用于成年听障患者.
