| 摘 要： | 目的比较应用功能性印模与传统印模制作全口义齿的临床效果。方法选择2006年8月至2007年4月于中国医科大学附属第四医院口腔修复门诊就诊的全口牙列缺失患者30例,分别应用功能性印模(15例)和传统印模(15例)制作全口义齿,于患者试戴义齿3个月后测试其压痛点、咀嚼效率以及固位力和力并进行比较。结果功能性印模制取技术较传统印模法制作的全口义齿压痛点数量少,咀嚼效率高,固位力和力明显提高(P<0.05)。结论从咀嚼功能和戴牙舒适度上讲,采用功能性印模制作的全口义齿明显优于传统印模义齿。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of functional model complete denture. Methods Fifteen functional model complete dentures and 15 traditional model complete dentures were separately made. Sore spot， masticatory efficiency，bite force and retentive force were measured in situ respectively. Results The number of sore spots in functional model complete dentures was less than that in traditional ones，and bite forces and retentive forces in functional model complete dentures were significantly higher than that in traditional ones. Conclusion From the masticatory function points of view，functional model complete denture is better than traditional complete denture. |
