某焦化厂1244名高温作业工人的心电图分析

目的了解高温对焦化作业工人心电图的影响。方法选择接触高温的焦化厂1244名作业工人为高温组,另选1180名常温作业行政后勤人员为对照组,进行心电图检查,对数据进行统计学分析。结果焦化作业工人心电图异常率为31.03%,对照组为15.08%,2组差异有统计学意义(χ2=86.23,P=0.000);高温组作业工人心电图异常率较对照组有明显增高,并随作业工龄增加而增加。结论高温对焦化作业工人的心脏功能具有一定的有害影响,提示应加强对作业工人的健康监护。

ECG Analysis on Coke Oven Workers Exposed to High Temperature

Objective ] To understand the effect of high temperature on electrocardiogram （ ECG }. Methods ] Totally 1244 coke oven workers exposed to high temperature were selected as experimental group, 1180 workers exposed to normal temperature as control group. ECG examination was carried out, and the data was analyzed statistically, Results] ECG abnormal rates of coke oven workers was 31.03%, and that of control group was 15.08%, the difference was significant { X2 = 86.23 ,P =0.000） ; ECG abnormal rates of workers with heat exposure was significantly higher than that of control group, and increased with the extending of service length. Conclusion] High temperature has adverse cardiac effects on coke oven workers, which suggests the necessity of health surveillance on exposed workers.
