尿分析仪WBC试验与镜检结果的不吻合分析

目的:探讨尿液分析仪WBC试验与尿沉渣镜检WBC检验结果不吻合的因素。方法:干化学法进行尿液分析仪WBC试验,尿沉渣镜检WBC,统计分析结果。结果:两种方法检测结果存在不吻合现象:分析前因素占58.4%,方法学因素占22.3%,病理因素占5.6%,药物因素占4.2%,其它因素占9.5%。结论:尿液分析仪WBC试验与尿沉渣镜检WBC检验结果存在的不吻合现象:通过分析前质量控制可明显减少,但不能完全避免,须结合其它因素综合分析。

Analysis of the inconsistent results of WBC test by urine analyzer and microscopy

Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of inconsistent results of WBC test by urine analyzer and urinary sediment microscopy.Methods: WBC test was carried out by urine analyzer with dry chemistry method and urinary sediment microscopy,and the results of the two methods were analyzed by statistics.Results: The influencing factors of inconsistent results of the two methods were as follows:the preanalytical phase factor accounted for 58.4%,methodological factors accounted for 22.3%,pathological factors accounted for 5.6%,drug factors accounted for 4.2%,other factors accounted for 9.5%.Conclusion: The inconsistent situation of WBC test by the two methods can be obviously improved through pre-analysis quality control,but cannot be completely avoided,which need to analyze with other factors.
