| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰椎小关节面综合征的CT表现及临床价值，以提高对椎小关节病的重视。方法回顾170例腰椎小关节面综合征的CT表现。结果关节间隙变窄甚至消失160例;小关节面硬化145例；关节突肥大或骨赘形成129例；关节面下囊样骨吸收76例；关节“真空”征66例；关节脱位或半脱位59例；关节周围钙化18例；椎间盘突出或膨出130例。结论腰椎小关节病发病率很高，是引起腰腿痛的重要因素之一，CT可为椎小关节病的诊断提供直观、充分的影像学根据，是诊断小关节面综合征的最佳方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the CT findings and clinical value of lumbar facet joint syndrome,in order to improve the attention of the facet joint disease.Methods Reviewed of CT findings of 170 cases of lumbar facet joint.Results Joint space narrowing or even disappeared in 160 cases;Small articular surface hardening of 145 cases;Facet hypertrophy or osteophyte formation 129 cases;Articular surface of the 76 cases of cystic bone resorption cases;Joint "vacuum" sign in 66 cases;Joint dislocation or subluxation of the 59 cases;Periarticular calcification in 18 cases;or bulging disc,130 cases.Conclusion Lumbar facet joint disease incidence is high,is an important factor causing the low back pain.CT for the diagnosis of facet joint disease,providing intuitive,full imaging,is the best way to diagnose facet joint syndrome. |
