泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况与药敏结果分析

目的探讨泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及耐药情况,以指导临床用药。方法对438例标本支原体培养情况及其药敏试验结果进行回顾性分析。结果 438例标本中支原体感染阳性237例,阳性率为54.1%,其中解脲支原体（Uu）阳性率为87.8%,Uu＋人型支原体（Mh）阳性率为7.6%,Mh阳性率为4.6%;女性培养阳性率为57.7%,男性培养阳性率为28.6%,男女阳性率相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;支原体感染以Uu为主要病原体;对10种药物进行药敏试验的结果显示：单纯Uu感染最为敏感药物是强力霉素;Uu与Mh合并感染最为敏感药物是强力霉素;单纯Mh感染最为敏感药物是交沙霉素。结论对泌尿生殖道支原体感染应进行药敏试验,根据药敏结果选择治疗药物。

Analysis of urogenital tract mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility

Objective To investigate the condition of urogenital tract mycoplasma infection and drug resistance to guide clinical medication.Methods Specimens of 438 cases of mycoplasma culture and it’s drug susceptibility test results were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 438 cases of specimens,there were 237 cases positive for mycoplasma infection and the positive rate was 54.1%.Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) positive rate was 87.8%;Uu+Mh-positive rate was 7.6%;Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) positive rate was 4.6%.Female culture positive rate was 57.7% and male culture positive rate was 28.6%,and there was significant difference(P < 0.01).Uu was the main pathogen for mycoplasma infection;Results of drug sensitive tests for 10 drugs showed that the most sensitive drug for simple Uu infection was doxycycline;For Uu and Mh infection was doxycycline;For simple Mh infection was josamycin.Conclusion Urogenital tract mycoplasma infection susceptibility testing should be carried out and the choice of treatment drugs should be based on susceptibility results.
