| 摘 要： | 分析了我国医疗卫生信息化建设的现状，提出了在我国医疗卫生信息机构设立信息主管（CIO）的必要性及其职责。设立CIO，能够克服卫生信息管理中存在的诸多问题，加强我国卫生信息管理，促进我国的医疗卫生信息化建设。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the status quo of the health informationization development in China and puts forward the necessity of creating a position of chief information officers(CIO) in the health information agencies and institutions and his/her duty.The creation of CIO position can solve many problems involved in the health information management,so as to strengthen its management and speed up the health informationization development in China. |
