COOK双球囊促宫颈成熟的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨COOK双球囊促宫颈成熟有效性及安全性。方法选择成都市妇女儿童中心医院2013年1~10月有医学引产指征,宫颈Bishop评分≤5分的孕妇160例,同等条件下自愿选择COOK双球囊引产的80例为观察组,选择缩宫素引产的80例为对照组。回顾性分析两组引产方式促宫颈成熟效果及安全性。结果观察组放置球囊12 h后宫颈评分、阴道分娩率高于对照组(P0.05);剖宫产率低于对照组(P0.05);两组产后出血量、新生儿窒息发生率、新生儿评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论COOK双球囊促宫颈成熟用于引产安全有效,值得临床推广。

Clinical study of COOK double balloon dilation for cervical ripening

Abstract:Objective To investigate effect and safety of COOK double balloon dilation for cervical ripening. Methods Retrospective selecting 160 pregnant women in Chengdu Women's and Children's Central Hospital from January 2013 to October 2013 who had medical indications of inducing labor and Bishop ≤ 5. 80 cases who volunteered to use the COOK double balloon dilation were divided into the observation group, then the other 80 cases who volunteered to use the oxytocin were divided into the control group. Effect and safety of the two methods using in cervical ripening were compared. Results The Bishop of cases in the study group using the COOK double balloon dilation for 12 hours were significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) ;The success rate of vaginal delivery in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The cesarean section rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; No significantly differences were found in the hemorrhage, newborn weight and Apgar score between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion COOK double balloon dilation for cervical ripening using in the labor induction is safe and effective.
