电子计算机断层扫描在眼科的应用

我院自198年5月～1989年3月采用美国出产的扫描机GE8800应用于眼科共计检查63例,发现眶内肿瘤38例,炎性假瘤3例,外伤和异物8例,眼型Graves病3例。介绍了眼眶CT扫描常规检查方法及正常眼眶、眼球的CT影象,报告6个病例,说明CT扫描在眼科应用的价值及其优点;1.CT扫描对眼眶肿瘤诊断极为有效,肿瘤部位,形态大小显示得一目了然.例1长期误诊为视神经萎缩,经CT扫描确诊为眶尖部肿瘤。2.颅内副鼻窦等病变及眼部有关病变可同时进行检查,有利于确定最佳治疗方案,例2额骨巨大骨瘤由我科与脑外科共同手术,经前开颅成功地摘出骨瘤。3.CT扫描有利于炎性假瘤的诊断,例3肿块型眶内炎性假瘤,成功地施行手术。4.CT扫描对探测眼眶及球内异物既简便又准确,例4位于视神经附近的球内异物,例5嵌顿于眼球后壁的异物,经CT扫描准确定位后手术。5.CT扫描有利于鉴别诊断,有利于随访观察,例6右眼球突出最初印象为眶内肿瘤,经CT扫描显示眼外肌肥厚增粗,最后确诊为甲亢性突眼,按甲亢治疗,眼球突出明显消退。6.CT检查迅速简便,射线剂量小,安全无痛且可反复检查。

THE USE OF COMPUTERIZED TOMOGRAPHY IN OPHTHALMO LOGY

From May 1985 to March 1989, GE 8800 made in the USA has been used in ophthalmology in our hospital for the examination of 63 cases altogether, finding that cases of tumor of the orbit accounts for 38, pseudo-tumor of the orbit for 3, injury and foreign body for 8, and the cases of Graves accounts for 3, this article covers the usu examining method of CT for the orbit and the CT photograph of the nomal orbit and eyeball. Sex typical cases are described to illustrate the value of the use of CT in ophthalmology, and it other advantages. It ushers in a new era in the aspect of the diagnosis, the different al diagnosis of the eyeball, the orbit and the optic nerve, and the alteration for operation.
