| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨静脉内溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及临床护理措施。方法：对32例急性脑梗死患者应用静脉内溶栓进行治疗,配合临床护理,观察治疗效果。结果：32例病人溶栓治疗后,临床症状得到恢复和明显好转,显效26例、好转4例、无效2例,2例病例术后出现基底节区小量出血。结论：治疗期间适宜的护理方法能减轻患者的思想负担,树立治疗信心,提高治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： Discussion the effect of Intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction and the clinical care measures. Methods： 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients with intravenous thrombolysis treatment, with clinical care, observation of treatment. Results： 32 patients after thrombolytic therapy, clinical symptoms have been restored and significantly improved markedly in 26 cases, 4 cases improved and 2 cases, 2 cases occurred after a small amount of basal ganglia hemorrhage. Conclusion： The appropriate methods of care during treatment of patients thought to reduce the burden of establishing confidence in treatment and improve treatment. |
