| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针配合隔姜灸对宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的疗效。方法46例宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留患者随机分为针灸组和对照组，每组23例。针灸组用电针配合隔姜灸进行治疗，对照组用新斯的明1mg肌肉注射并配合膀胱功能训练，每天1次，5d为1个疗程。两组治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果针灸组有效率为100．0％，对照组有效率为73．9％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论电针配合隔姜灸是治疗宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的较佳方法。
