| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效.方法:对21例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:术后随访7～24个月.平均随访时间14.6个月,骨折平均愈合时间6.3个月.21例患者中,优14例,良5例,差2例.结论:解剖型锁定钢板是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的一种较好方法,具有手术创伤小,固定可靠,关节功能恢复满意等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective:To describe the clinical effect of anatomical locking plates in treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:From November 2005 to April 2009,21 patients suffered from intertrochanteric fractures were treated with anatomical locking plates.They were 9 males and 12 females.Their ages ranged from 65 to 76 years,averaging 68.3 years.Results:All patients were followed-up for 7-24 months,mean 14.6 months.Bone healing was average 6.3 months.According to Zhong BZ criterion,good effect 14 cases... |
