| 摘 要： | 三七是中国传统名贵中药材，在药品、食品和化妆品领域具有广泛的商业应用。从三七愈伤组织诱导、体细胞胚胎诱导及再培养、细胞悬浮培养和不定根诱导4个方面综述了三七组织培养的研究进展，以期为快速获得三七优质苗、提高三七次生代谢产物的含量提供参考，促进三七资源的开发和可持续利用。

| Abstract: | Panax notoginseng is a Chinese herbal medicine, which is widely used in the fields of medicine, food and cosmetics. In this paper, the research progress of P. notoginseng tissue culture was summarized from four aspects: callus induction, somatic embryo induction and subculture, cell suspension culture and adventitious root induction. This review aimed to provide reference for quickly obtaining high-quality P. notoginseng seedlings by tissue culture and increase the content of secondary metabolites of P. notoginseng, thus promoting the development and sustainable utilization of P. notoginseng resources. |
