摘    要:在中国,水蛭是一种珍贵的中药,具有很强的药用价值和研究价值。在世界范围内,水蛭的药用价值同样得到了认可,欧洲及埃及、印度都有水蛭治疗疾病的应用。对国内4种和国外9种主要药用水蛭进行介绍,对已发现的30种具有生物活性的水蛭多肽进行综述。这些多肽活性以抗凝活性为主,还涉及蛋白酶抑制、抗炎、水解酶等活性,以期为水蛭研究、应用提供参考。

Abstract:In China, leeches (Hirudo) are precious Chinese medicinal materials with high medicinal and research value. Their medicinal value has also been recognized overseas. In Europe, Egypt, and India, leech therapies have been employed to treat diseases. This paper introduced four species of medicinal leeches in China and nine species in other countries and then reviewed 30 bioactive leech polypeptides. These polypeptides mainly have anticoagulant activity, as well as protease inhibitory activity, anti-inflammatory activity and biological enzyme activity. This paper is expected to provide references for leech researchers and users.
