某院2011年至2013年抗高血压药物临床应用分布趋势

目的：分析我院抗高血压药物的使用情况以及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法：采用限定日剂量的方法,对我院药学部管理系统中2011年至2013年抗高血压药的用药频度（DDDS）、购药金额、购药数量等进行统计分析。结果：我院抗高血压药物使用频度、金额、数量等逐年增长,硝苯地平缓释片、依那普利、福辛普利在3年中用药频度都在前5位波动。钙拮抗剂、ACEI抑制剂在用药频度和使用金额方面均居前2位,且3年来这2类药增长最为明显,其它品种和类别增长相对平稳。结论：我院主要使用的抗高血压药物是钙拮抗剂、ACEI抑制剂2大类。

Distribution trend of clinical applications of anti hypertensive drugs in a hospital from 2011 to 2013

Objective： To analyze the service situation and development trend of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital, so as to provide reference for rational clinical drug use. Methods： Anti hypertensive medica- tion frequency （DDDS） , consumption sum, consumption quantity of the department of pharmacy management system in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed statistically by defining daily dose Results： The using frequency, amount of money and quantity of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital were increasing year by year. Nifedipine Tablets, Enalapril, and Posinopril ranked top 5 frequent use drugs in 3 years. Calcium an- tagonists, ACEI inhibitors ranked top 2 in the frequency of drug use and the use amount, and in 3 years, the use of these 2 kinds of medicine increased most apparently, and other categories increased steadily. Conclu- sion： The main use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is calcium antagonist and ACEI inhibitor.
