贵州省边远地区基层卫生机构全科医师转岗培训需求和现状调查分析

摘    要:目的:了解参加贵州省基层卫生机构全科医师转岗培训学员对培训需求及其培训现状,为提高基层卫生机构全科医师转岗培训效果提供科学依据。方法:采用座谈会和自填式问卷调查,对2013年在贵州省7个农村全科医师转岗临床培训基地培训的学员进行调查。结果:培训学员的学历以大专为主,99.3%的学员希望参加培训。非常需要掌握常见疾病防治与转诊技术的学员比例最高为60.2%,而掌握临床常见疾病诊疗的学员比例最少为28.3%。结论:现阶段我省边远地区乡镇卫生人员学历偏低,具有执业医师资格的卫生人员严重不足,学员掌握常见疾病防治与转诊的学员比例偏低,边远乡镇卫生院开展全科医疗服务仍然处于较低的水平,加强基层卫生机构全科医师转岗培训,建立健全有效的基层卫生机构全科医生转岗培训激励机制,提高其知识与技能成为基层医疗卫生机构增强自身卫生服务能力的重要内容。

Analysis of the need and the current situation of the job - transfer training for general practitioners in remote areas of Gnizhou province

Abstract:Objective: To understand the need and the current situation of job -transfer training for the rural general practitioners in basic health institutions in Guizhou province, so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the job - transfer training efficiency of rural general practitioners. Methods: The symposium and self- administered questionnaire survey were used to investigate the students from seven rural clinical training base for general practitioners in Guizhou in 2013. Results: The training students were mostly from junior college, and 99. 3% of them wanted to participate in the training. The highest proportion of students who were in great need to master common diseases prevention and referral was 60. 2%, while the lowest pro- portion was at least 28. 3%. Conclusion: At present, the academic degree of township health staff in re- mote areas of our province is low; the staff with the qualification of medical practitioners is rare in number; the proportion of students mastering the common disease prevention and referral is low; and the general medical services in remote township hospital still stay at a low level. Hence, strengthening the general practitioners training in basic health institutions, establishing an effective rural general practitioner training incentive mech- anism, and improving their knowledge and skills will become the important content to enhance the health serv- ice ability in basic medical and health institutions.
