目的：寻找简便有效的儿童防龋措施，以降低乳牙龋齿发病率。方法：选取托幼机构3～4岁儿童进行3年氟化物应用并观察疗效。结果：2％氟化钠涂布可以抑制乳牙龋齿的进展。结论：氟化钠涂布可有效防龋，但同时需要家庭和幼儿园共同配合，督促儿童养成良好的口腔卫生习惯，以期达到更好的防龋效果。
