微波联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗中重度宫颈糜烂临床疗效观察

目的：观察微波联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗中重度宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法：使用单纯微波烧灼子宫颈糜烂面治疗186例；使用微波烧灼治疗后在手术创面上涂敷美宝湿润烧伤膏，隔日一次共6次，治疗198例；两组分别于治疗后观察疗效。结果：单纯微波治疗组治愈率仅为8．6％，微波联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗组治愈率为58．5％。且手术后阴道排液量明显减少，出血时间及创面愈合时间明显缩短，两组治愈率比较差异具有统计学意义。结论：微波联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗中重度宫颈糜烂效果显著。
