| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)对重症哮喘合并呼衰的治疗价值。方法观察30例用无创通气治疗的重症哮喘合并呼衰的患者(无创通气组)治疗前、治疗4小时、治疗3天后血气指标及部分生理指标的变化,并同用常规方法治疗的30例患者的对照组对比。结果无创通气组血气指标(PH、PaO2、PaCO2)及心率呼吸频率的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05),尤其是缓解时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论双水平气道正压通气是治疗重症哮喘合并呼衰的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To exam the effect of non-invesive bi-level positive airway pressure(BiPAP)ventilation in serious asthma patients with respiratory failure(RF).Methods 60cases of asthma patients with RF were divid-ed into two groups:BiPAP group and conventional group.The arterial blood gas readings,heart rates(HR),and respiratory rates(RR)were obtained before treatment,after4hours,and3days.The comparison of results were made between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences of blood gas readings,HR and RR between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the blood gas readings(PH,PaO 2 ,PaCO 2 ),HR and RR of BiPAP group were improved much more than those of conventional group(P<0.05)Con clusions The non-invesive BiPAP ventilation was one of the effectual methods to cure the asthma patients with RF. |
