吡罗昔康多晶型的制备及其热稳定性

摘    要:在不同条件下对吡罗昔康进行了重结晶 ,经熔点测定、红外光谱、差热分析和粉末X 射线衍射法鉴定 ,确认吡罗昔康至少存在A、B两种晶型和一个水加合物C .采用差热分析法对A、B和C的热稳定性进行了比较 ,给出热分解活化能 .

Abstract:The raw drug of piroxicam has been recrystalized from several solvents. The results of the melting points,DTA,IR and powder X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed that simple crystalization from different solvents yielded only two crystal forms (A and B) and one hydrate(C).The solid stability of A, B and C were studied with DTA,and the heat degradation activation energy of each form was calculated.
