前列腺癌患者血浆纤维蛋白原的测定及临床意义

目的探讨前列腺癌患者血浆纤维蛋白原（Fib）的变化和临床意义。方法采用全自动血凝分析仪测定77例前列腺癌患者、30例前列腺增生患者和30例健康体检者的Fib含量,对测定数据进行统计学分析。结果前列腺癌患者的Fib含量明显高于非前列腺癌组患者（P〈0.001）,有远处转移的前列腺癌患者的Fib含量高于无远处转移的患者（P〈0.001）,晚期前列腺癌患者的Fib含量高于早期前列腺癌患者（P〈0.001）。恶性肿瘤发生高Fib血症的比例远高于非前列腺癌患者,且随着临床分期的增加而增加（P〈0.001）。前列腺癌伴有高Fib血症的患者疗效和预后差于前列腺癌不伴有高fib血症的患者。结论血浆Fib水平与前列腺癌有着密切的关系,血浆Fib水平的检测对于前列腺癌的诊断、疗效及预后判定有一定意义,值得进一步探讨与研究。

Determination and clinical significance of plasma fibrinogen content in patients with prostate cancer

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the changes of plasma fibrinogen content in patients with prostate cancer.Methods Automated coagulation analyzer was used to measure the plasma fibrinogen content in 77 patients with prostate cancer(group A) and 30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(group B) and 30 cases of health controls(group C).The obtained data were analyzed statistically.Results The fibrinogen content in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and group C(P<0.001).The fibrinogen content in group A with metastasis was significantly higher than that without metastasis(P<0.001).The fibrinogen content of the advanced prostate cancer patients was significantly higher than that of the early prostate cancer patients(P<0.001).After treatment,the prostate cancer with hyperfibrinogenemia was more likely to evolved or relapsed.Conclusion Plasma fibrinogen was closely related with prostate cancer.
