摘    要:目的探讨成蚊表皮碳氢化合物用于蚊媒分龄的方法。方法应用气相色谱及质谱(GC/IS)方法检测不同蚊龄的白蚊伊蚊(Ae.albopictus)成蚊雌蚊表皮碳氢化合物,观察白纹伊蚊成蚊表皮碳氢化合物的量与蚊龄的相关关系。结果白纹伊蚊成虫表皮碳氢化合物的量与蚊龄相关关系的最高相关系数为R^2=0.3257。结论白纹伊蚊成蚊表皮碳氢化合物的量与蚊龄为低度相关关系,此方法用于白纹伊蚊成蚊的分龄精确度不高。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the relative abundance of cuticular hydrocarbons from female Ae.albopictus for age grading mosquitoes.Methods The cuticular hydrocarbons were extracted from female Ae.albopictus.Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectroscopy(GC/MS) were used for determining the relative abundance of cuticular hydrocarbons.Relationships between the relative abundance of cuticular hydrocarbons and mosquito age was analyzed.Results The maximum coefficient of determination between the relative abundance of cuticular hydrocarbons from female Ae.albopictus and mosquito age is R2=0.3257.Conclusion There is weak correlation between the relative abundance of cuticular hydrocarbons from female Ae.albopictus and mosquito age.
