散瘀止痛喷雾剂治疗急性软组织损伤临床护理研究

目的 观察散瘀止痛喷雾剂治疗急性软组织损伤的，临床疗效。方法 急性软组织损伤患者120例，随机分为2组，治疗组60例予散瘀止痛喷雾剂治疗，对照组60例予解痉镇痛酊治疗，2组疗程均为7日，从疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑及功能活动4个方面按分级情况计算总积分，依据总积分进行疗效评定。结果 治疗组治愈率、显效率和总有效率均优于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗后疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑及功能活动评分治疗组均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论 散瘀止痛喷雾剂药物组成独特，喷雾治疗效果好，能在急性软组织损伤早期应用，增加了治疗手段，减轻了患者痛苦。

Clinical observation of Sanyuzhitong spray agent on acute soft tissue injury

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanyuzhitong spray agent on patients with acute soft tissue injury.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in the treatment group were treated with Sanyuzhitong spray agent and 60 patients in the control group were given Jiejingzhentong tincture.Seven days was a therapeutic course in both groups.Calculate the integrate score according to different degree of pain,swelling,petechia and functional activity respectively.Evaluate the effectiveness based on the change of integrate score of the four aspects before and after treatment.Results The curative rate,and the apparent rate and the total effective rate are significantly higher than those of in the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the integrate score of pain,swelling,petechia significantly decreased and the score of functional activity significantly increased in the treatment group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Sanyuzhitong spray agent has definite effect on the soft tissue injury,especially in the early stage of the injury.
