| 摘 要： | 目的应用彩色多普勒超声(CDI)检查原位肝移植(OLT)术后移植肝形态学及血流动力学改变,并探讨彩色多普勒超声对急性排斥反应的意义.方法 16例原位肝移植,于术后测量HA-V、HA-RI、ACC、AT、PV-V及描述肝静脉波形等血流动力学参数,其中11例在1个月内行细针穿刺组织学活检.结果 1例出现急性排斥反应,其肝静脉波形呈典型的急性排斥反应特征.结论彩色多普勒超声能很好地提示肝移植术后急性排斥反应的出现和转归.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of hepatic morphology, hemodynamics and acute rejection in patients with orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) by color Doppler imaging (CDI). Methods The hepatic artery velocity (HA-V), resistance index (HA-RI), acceleration (ACC), acceleration time (AT), portal vein velocity (PV-V) were measured by CDI. The hepatic vein waveform was described. Eleven cases underwent needle biopsy in 1 month after the transplantation. Results One case with acute rejection was diagnosed by CDI and biopsy. There were typical characteristics of acute rejection in this hepatic vein waveform. Conclusion CDI is a good method to discover and follow up the acute rejection of OLT. |
