| 摘 要： | 本文报道3例少见的肺曲菌球病。其病理特征为纵横交错的菌丝、炎性渗出物和上皮成份形成空洞内球状物,或附着于空洞壁;空洞与支气管相通或不通。曲菌菌丝较粗而均匀,部分菌丝可见分隔,菌丝分支呈锐角。HE染色为蓝色或灰色;革兰氏染色呈深蓝;PAS染色和Foot银染分别显示紫红或棕黑色。角蛋白和CFA酶标记(PAP法)均阴性。

| Abstract: | Three cases of pulmonary aspergilloma are reported on the basis of a review of the literature. Pulmonary aspergi1loma has a very distinctive pathologic morphology. It is characterized by a thick-walled fibrous cystic cavity, a mass of dry globalar object, greenish grey or greyish yellow and, a mass of mycelium tangled with some fibrin mucus and cell debris. Histochemical and immunohistochemical studics are conducted. |
