无臭氧与有臭氧紫外线杀菌灯对真菌孢子杀灭效果的比较

摘    要:<正> 紫外线具良好的杀菌作用,因此往往用以减少环境中真菌的污染。近年来,市场上出现了无臭氧紫外线杀菌灯(下简称无臭氧灯),为了解它们对真菌的杀灭作用,我们在实验室内将其与普通有臭氧紫外线杀菌灯(下简称有臭氧灯)进行了比较。现将试验结果报告如下。


COMPARATIVE EFFICACY BETWEEN GERMICIDAL ULTRAVIOLET LAMP WITHOUT OZONE AND THAT WITH OZONE IN KILLING SPORES OF FUNGI
Abstract:The efficacies of germicidal ultraviolet lamp without ozone and that with ozone in killing spores of fungi were compared in laboratory. The ultraviolet lamp with ozone produced 1.54 mg/m~3 ozone in air of 1 m~3 chamber after irradiation for 51 min, while the ultraviolet lamp without ozone produced only 0.17 mg/m~3 ozone in air after irradiation for 120 min. The germicidal experiment was carried out in a room of 8 m~2 in area. When 30 W lamp placed 1 m apart from the fungus carrier was used to irradiate for 30 min under 20~22℃ room temperature and 35—40% relative humidity, the ultraviolet lamp without ozone could kill spores of Microsporum gypseum, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger and Bacillus subtilis var. niger with killing rates of 99.92%, 99.99%, 93.74% and 99.98% respectively, while the corresponding killing rates obtained by using ultraviolet lamp with ozone were 99.91%, 99.99%, 93.50% and 99.98% showing no significant difference between these two kinds of lamp. When Aspergillus niger was used as test organism, the nearer the ultraviolet lamp was placed, the stronger the germicidal effect was produced. This is the common rule valid for both lamps. The ultraviolet lamp without ozone produces little ozone and is, therefore, suitable for air disinfection of occupied room.
