全肠外营养在肠衰竭患者的应用

作者将全肠外营养(TPN)用于149例因解剖学缺陷或功能障碍导致经肠道消化吸收的营养不足以维持机体需要的肠衰竭患者,治愈率89.9%(134例),死亡率10.1%(15例)。作者提出,应根据患者疾病状态,合理调整糖、脂肪、蛋白质、电解质、维生素及微量元素等营养物质的种类、给量及比例,以达到改善营养状况、辅助手术治疗,甚或治愈疾病的目的。作者认为,肠衰竭是 TPN 的适应证,给予合理、有效的营养支持,可减少其并发症及死亡率,提供组织特需性营养物质是营养支持的发展方向。

Application of TPN on the patients of intestinal failure

149 intestinal failure patients with anatomic or functional factors induced the absorption of nutrients from gut could not supplied the needs of body were treated with TPN.The results showed that recovery was 89.9%,and mortality was 10.1%.The authors believe it is important for improving patients'nutritional condition for operation,even cure of original diseases to adjust the kinds,mount and ratio of glocuse,fit,protein,electrolytes,trace elements and so on according to stage of patients' disease.The author also suggest that intestinal failure is an indication of TPN,and treatment with reasonable and efficient TPN can reduce complications and mortalities.It is a direction of TPN to provide tissue-specific nutrients in high stress patients.
