| 摘 要： | 目的观察广西人芽囊原虫分离株的苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)同工酶谱特征。方法从感染者粪便中分离人芽囊原虫,体外培养,收集虫体,制备电泳样品。采取不连续性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板状电泳分离同工酶的不同区带,以苹果酸钠和1-萘磷酸钠盐为特异性底物,氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)和固蓝RR盐为染色剂,分别对MDH和ALP染色,以相对迁移率标记酶带。结果人芽囊原虫10个分离株在MDH酶谱中,共出现7条酶带,常见的酶带有Rm34、Rm47、Rm51、Rm55和Rm59,10个分离株完全一致的酶带有Rm34和Rm51;在ALP酶谱中共出现5条酶带,Rm22、Rm25、Rm28、Rm35和Rm38。各分离株之间的MDH和ALP同工酶谱均存在差异。结论MDH和ALP同工酶谱能反映人芽囊原虫各分离株之间的遗传差异。
