松针点灸治疗偏头痛伴皮肤触痛的疗效观察及对血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的观察松针点灸治疗偏头痛伴皮肤触痛的临床疗效及对患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法在中医辨证施治理论指导下,采用松针点灸治疗24例偏头痛伴皮肤触痛患者,同时用相同方法治疗30例无皮肤触痛的偏头痛患者,对比观察临床疗效及患者血清hs-CRP含量的变化。结果观察组完全缓解11例(45.83%),部分缓解10例(41.67%),总有效率为87.5%;对照组完全缓解14例(46.67%),部分缓解13例(43.33%),总有效率为90%;两组疗效比较,差异无显著性意义(P﹥0.05);两组患者血清hs-CRP含量治疗后均明显下降,与其治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前比较和治疗后比较差异均无显著性意义(P﹥0.05)。结论①松针点灸对偏头痛伴皮肤触痛和无皮肤触痛均有较好的缓解作用;②松针点灸可使偏头痛患者血清hs-CRP含量下降,而皮肤触痛与血清hs-CRP无明显关系。

On the Clinical Efficacy of Migraine With Cutaneous Allodynia Treated with Pine Needle Fire and the Level of High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Serum

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Migraine with cutaneous allodynia treated with Pine Needle Fire and the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in serum.Methods According to the TCM theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,Pine Needle Fire was given to 24 cases of Migraine with cutaneous allodynia and 30 cases of Migraine without cutaneous allodynia,so as to compare the clinical efficacies and the level of hs-CRP in serum.Results 1) In the treatment group,11 cases got complete remission 45.83%),10 cases partial remission(41.67%),the total clinical efficiency was 87.5%.In the control group,14 cases got complete remission(46.67%),13 cases partial remission(43.33%),the total clinical efficiency was 90%.There was no significant difference in clinical efficiency between the two groups(P﹥0.05);2) The levels of hs-CRP in both group decreased obviously after treatment,which was significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions 1) The therapy of Pine Needle Fire has better effect on Migraine with or without cutaneous allodynia.2) The therapy of Pine Needle Fire could lower the serum level of hs-CRP,which has no obvious correlation with cutaneous allodynia.
