| 摘 要： | 目的]了解重型地中海贫血患儿家长社会支持状况与患儿遵医行为的关系。方法]采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和自行设计调查问卷对44例重型地中海贫血患儿家长进行调查。结果]SSRS高支持组与低支持组患儿遵医行为比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论]社会支持对重型地中海贫血患儿遵医行为有明显促进作用。
