罗森塔尔效应在护理专业人际沟通课教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:研究罗森塔尔效应对护理专业学生人际沟通能力的影响,使其将来更适应临床工作。方法:在人际沟通课教学中实验班教师注重罗森塔尔效应,对照班仍旧采用传统教学方法。然后实验班和对照班分别进行人际沟通各个环节的考试,进行学生满意度问卷调查,进行临床带教老师的问卷调查。结果:实验班由于在教学中注重罗森塔尔效应,课程考核成绩高于对照班(P〈0.05),同时自信心及自尊心、自制力、应变能力、创新能力、合作学习能力、语言与非语言的运用能力等方面实验班学生高于对照班(P〈0.01),临床带教老师的评价也较好。结论:罗森塔尔效应应用在护理专业教学中,可以提高护生的综合素质,在其他专业的教学中也值得广泛推广应用。
