| 摘 要： | 目的：建立穿心莲片含量测定（薄层色谱扫描法）的测量不确定度评定方法。方法：分析了穿心莲片含量测定不确定度的来源，评定了穿心莲片含量测定过程中对照品溶液浓度、供试品溶液浓度、平均片重、对照品峰面积、供试品峰面积等因素对穿心莲片含量测定不确定度的影响。结果：扩展不确定度U98为1．4mg，有效自由度veff为17，相对扩展不确定度Urel为12％。结论：提供进一步研究的一种参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty in the content determination of an- hydrous andrographolid in andrographis tablets by TLCS.Methods:The sources of the uncertainty in the content de- termination of andrographis tablets were analyzed.The influencing factors on the uncertainty in the procedure of the content determination were evaluated,including soluble concentration of chemical reference substance,soluble con- centration of sample,average weight of tablets,peak area of chemical reference substance,peak area of sample and etc.Results:The expanded uncertainty U_(95)was 1.4 mg.The effective degrees of freedom v_(eff)was 17.The related ex- panded uncertainty U_(rel)was 12%.Conclusion:The evaluation is reliable. |
